We deliver to Republic of Ireland, as well as to most EU countries.

We no longer deliver to UK.

To check the shipping costs - go to the product of your choice - click the "Shipping rates" button (which is below the "Add To Cart"). Enter the "post code" and click the "Submit" button.

Please note - the shipping price depend on parcel weight - it mean - more products in one order - better shipping price!

Packages are generally dispatched within 48 hours of receipt of payment (usually the next business day).

For parcels sent by courier, we will provide you with a link to track your package online. Some goods are sent through logistic company specializing in large packs (furniture), and for those goods tracking online is impossible. In this case, the courier will contact you prior delivery, in order to agree the date of delivery.

Shipping charges include packaging, handling and shipping.

Please note, courier is not obliged to bring the furniture up the stairs.

All furniture is delivered in packages, and needs assembly.

You can cancel your contract at any time up to 14 days (10 working days) after the day of delivery. To do this, please e-mail or write to us. We are unable to accept cancellations by phone.

Please check the goods on delivery - any goods found to be missing or damaged should be notified to the delivery driver at the time of delivery and ourselves within a reasonable time.

If the goods are damaged in transit, you must inform courier in writing. So if your package is damaged or just looks "tired" (most of packages looks like), you MUST write "BROKEN" or just "RECEIVED WITH RESERVE" with courier. If you don't - we are unable to claim courier company for damage during transport.
